Privacy Policy

Catero Dispatch is operated by Catero, Chicago, Illinois, at dispatch.catero.app. This policy covers Dispatchers (the catering operators who hold accounts) and Drivers (the people who receive delivery-route links from a Dispatcher).

• Dispatcher account: your email address and login session, and the kitchen address your routes depart from.
• Orders: the confirmed catering orders we read from your Catero Calendar account, including customer names, delivery addresses, delivery times, and delivery instructions.
• Drivers: each driver's name and mobile number, and the date and time the Dispatcher confirmed the driver's agreement to receive text messages.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, used to run and secure the service.

We use this information to plan delivery routes, send route links to drivers, keep the service secure, and respond to support requests. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build profiles of Dispatchers, Drivers, or your customers.

Catero Dispatch collects driver mobile numbers solely to send delivery-route links and dispatch information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Text messages are delivered through a messaging provider that processes mobile numbers only to deliver our messages.

We share data only with the service providers that host and run Catero Dispatch (hosting, database, mapping and routing, and message delivery), each bound to process it solely to provide their service to us, and where the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

Driver links expire at the end of the service day. Plans, order data, and driver records are kept while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable period after you close it or ask us to remove them, unless we must keep them to meet a legal obligation.

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls, and reachable only by signed-in Dispatchers of the account it belongs to. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Drivers can reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and can ask their Dispatcher or us to delete their number. Dispatchers can edit or remove drivers on the Drivers page and can email us to close their account and delete its data.

Catero Dispatch is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
