Catero Dispatch sends assigned delivery-route links by text message to dispatched drivers. Message frequency varies by schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.

Messages go only to drivers a catering operator has added to their own roster. They contain the driver's assigned route for the day: the time to depart by, the stops in order, and a link to the route page. Nothing promotional is ever sent.

A Dispatcher adds a driver on the Drivers page by entering the driver's name and mobile number. The form cannot be saved until the Dispatcher checks a box confirming the driver has agreed to receive delivery-route links by text from Catero Dispatch, with the program terms shown beside it. We record the date and time of that confirmation with the driver's record, and no message is sent to a driver without one. A one-off “guest” driver added while assigning a route is confirmed the same way, with the identical attestation recorded against that assignment.
